Short Description
Left Behind is a 10-minute dramatic short based on true events. Set in Mufakose, Zimbabwe, the film follows a 14-year-old boy who loses his mother, brother, and grandmother to the harsh realities of migration, economic instability, and survival across continents. Through powerful imagery and a heartfelt letter addressed to the government, the film explores the quiet suffering of children left behind as families scatter in search of a better life.
